Sprint Team Dryland are MTWThF 4:15-6pm (mid-Nov to end of Feb)
Sprint Team Paddling are MTWF 4:15-6pm and Sat 8-10am (mid-Feb to end of June and Sept 1 to mid-Nov)
Development Program TThSa MAY only TTh 4-6pm and Sat 10am-12pm
SUMMER beginning of July through end of August
Sprint Team Minus MWF 3:30-6pm and Sat 8-10am.
Sprint Team Plus MTWThF 8-10am, MWF 3:30-6pm, and Sat 8-10am.
